Returns and Exchanges

Because of the unique types of goods we sell, we do not offer refunds. However, Ellis Tanner Trading Company strives to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. So we are happy to accept returns for exchanges or in-store credit within 20 days of the original purchase date. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This includes but not limited to: stones in place, unworn or unused, original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Pendleton Blankets must have the original box in the same condition that you received it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return, or exchange, is accepted, we'll contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. All items are inspected when we received to determine if they meet the criteria for returning or exchanging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
